Return & Refund Policy

At Luma Step, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumastep.store.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Orders refused by the customer

Customers are not required to return damaged or defective items in order to receive a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in situations where a replacement cannot reasonably be provided or as otherwise required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
